Typical day
Our packages are bespoke, so we always fit your and your team's needs. But this is what you might expect from a typical day with us:
Arrival
Arrival at Ascombe Park between 8:30am and 9:00 am. Your host will greet you and your party in the reception before escorting you to your full English breakfast, including coffee or tea. A detailed safety briefing will follow with introductions to your loaders for the day (if required), before you board the Gun Bus to travel to your first drive.
First drive
Following the excitement of your first drive, hospitality will follow, including Champagne, sloe gin, soft drinks or hot drinks.
Second drive
After the second drive hospitality will be offered again which includes, Champagne, sloe gin, soft drinks, hot drinks and a sweet treat before you move on to the next drive.
Third drive
After your third drive, we usually break for lunch. However, your team may choose to “shoot through” and take lunch at the end of the day. After this drive, more Champagne, sloe gin, and soft drinks will be available.
Shoot lunch
Travel back to the beautiful Ashcombe Park for a superb lunch, prepared by our on-site, award-winning Chef. A selection of drinks is available throughout the lunch break.
Fourth & fifth drive
Following the last two drives, the Gun Bus will bring you back to Ashcombe Park for drinks and homemade cake in our exquisite reception rooms, before you and your guests depart.

Extend your day and stay over at the magnificent Ashcombe Park
Offering the ultimate in luxury accommodation, the large grade two listed 17th century manor house is a comfortable haven. The house has been sympathetically restored to its former splendour, retaining almost all of its original period features.
You can choose to relax in one of the two exquisite lounge areas. The house also includes a large kitchen with a dining area, an intimate library, beautiful orangery, and an elegant dining room, that can accommodate up to 24 guests.
The ten phenomenal bedrooms are all beautifully furnished to promote a refreshing night’s sleep. Each room is uniquely conceived, all rooms feature king or super king beds and a luxury en-suite bathroom with fluffy towels and toiletries. Other amenities available in the bedrooms are a flat-screen television, Wi-Fi, and complimentary refreshments.
Your stay at Ashcombe Park would also include a delicious three-course meal, cooked by our award-winning chef and a selection of drinks.
For an additional charge Wine, Port and Champagne are available from our commended wine list, but if you should wish to bring your own, then there is a corkage charge of £10 per bottle.
